How to get services

# Steps of Project Proposal Submission:

01. Grievance/ Application Receipt.

02. Taking initiatives to get required support needed for project implementation

03. Concerned Section Officer/ Sub-Divisional Officer will visit the affected sites and submit a report to the concerned Executive Engineer's Office.

04. Report Mobilization through Superintending Engineer, Chief Engineer, Additional Director General, and Director-General.

05. Sending  Estimate and Request for Fund Allocation to upper offices.

06. Site Visit by Chief Engineer, Monitoring and Chief Engineer, Planning and then submission of Technical Report

07. Taking into account of Complaint/Suggestion from Honorable MP, Upazila Chairman, and  Local Administration regarding the affected site.

08. Submission of Project Proposal taking the broader benefits of mass people into account.

09. Sending the proposal to the Ministry of Planning through the Ministry of Water Resources.

10. Approval of project at ECNEC

11. Floating the tender to implement the project.
